New plans for the new baby

Hi friends!
Well our computer is still not fixed and I still have no way to upload pictures to this one (or edit them to make them pretty) so I apologize for the stagnant boringness that is this blog lately. But, I have amazing news!! We're having another baby. I'm thrilled, and while this pregnancy got a little bit of a scary start, things are looking great now and I'm not a fan of keeping good news a secret. I felt the prayers of so many friends and family these past few weeks and really clung to God and that time was precious. Now, to plan all the things I will make for this baby.

I'm planning what I've affectionately named "the nursery nook" for our bedroom, including a mini crib, hand-made mobile, and possibly my dresser/changing table (if it fits). Some adjusting is definitely in order since we have two bedrooms and there is no way I'm putting a newborn in with my boys would probably bathe the baby in baby powder or something terrifying like that. Probably Jared will lose his nightstand and one of the armchairs in the living room will be replaced with the rocking chair. Adjust adjust adjust. I love it.

Here are some of the things I'm most looking forward to making.

If it is a girl I will be attempting a bunch of these little rompers. Adorable, no?
While we're on the subject...

I think a new boppy cover and a baby quilt are also in order. Good thing I have 7 months!

I am so excited for you Jess!!! Really wish I was as crafty as you. Missed you at Bible study today. Taelyn was throwing up all day yesterday so I could't bring her of course. Hope you are feeling well.
