I've been spending lots of time in my kitchen this week. I made up a whole batch of sweet potato pancakes (from the link I shared earlier) and put them in the freezer for last minute snacks. Yesterday I
made bread and today we made smoothies for snacks. I have found that smoothies are a great way to add fruit to my kids' diet. Some days, toddlers just won't eat their banana at breakfast, or their apples at lunch, etc. What's a girl to do? Feed him a smoothie. I even put spinach in them sometimes. They never know. As long as it's in blended form, it's good!
