We celebrated Asher's first birthday this week...WHAT? I now have a one and a two year old, and I love love love my boys. I love seeing their personalities unfold, and being able to do fun things with them. Every stage is different. Every stage leaves me reeling and recovering. Every stage is a growing experience for us all. I find myself wanting to be more intentional about being a mom, rather than flying by the seat of my pants. I'm trying. My latest endeavor is making my own baby food. I'll probably do a post about it later this week. So far I've made sweet potatoes, brown rice pudding, blueberry-banana, pumpkin-apple, and pea-pear. It's been easy! I'll tell you all about it later.
For now, welcome to anyone who stopped by via
(in)courage! And here are some pics from the party fun!
sorry the iphone pics are bad. I think I need to start emailing myself the higher quality...it's not my phone. I'm iphone inept.
I'm one of those who found you through (in)courage. I really liked your post on biblical prayer and hope you will feel comfortable to pray with your boys anytime; it'd be such an example for them.
