Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze on the Food NetworkI wanted to share this recipe with you. I made these delicious cookies for my husband on Father's Day. He's a big lemon fan and they turned out so pretty and so delicious! They are bakery-quality cookies and are really easy to make! I'm eating the last of them for breakfast this morning :)
